Nope! All Iron Riley bags are made from faux fur - soft, stylish, and cruelty-free.
Q: Do you restock bags once sold out?
Sometimes. Most of our bags are released in small batches, so certain colours or styles may not return. But if something’s popular, there’s a chance we’ll restock it.

Q: Can I request a specific colour?
Yes! If there’s a shade you’d love to see, feel free to message us. If enough people ask, we might just make it happen.

Q: How do I request a refund?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ironriley.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review your request and offer a refund or replacement if available.

Q: When will my order be delivered?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days, and delivery usually takes another 2 to 4 working days after that. All orders are tracked, so you’ll receive a link once your bag is on its way.
