Refund Policy

We hope you love your Iron Riley purchase — each piece is made in limited quantities and packed with care. But if something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to make it better.

🔁 Returns

As a small brand with limited stock, we’re currently unable to offer returns for change of mind, so please double-check item details before placing your order.

❗ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement (if available). We’ll cover return postage in these cases.

💳 Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank

📦 Lost or Delayed Orders

All parcels are sent tracked via Royal Mail or Evri. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, email us and we’ll investigate it for you.
